All images are available for a non-commercial license, a Commercial license or Exclusive license. Non- Commercial License
​
Non-Commercial/Editorial Rights. Non-commercial use means that the use of an image is not intended to generate profit. If you restrict your images to editorial use, customers can in general use them to support informative content about topics of general interest—like news, current or historic events, politics, society, science and art. a non commercial license is set to £10.00 GBP. more information about usage.

Non-commercial licenses are a one time usage, that is, they can only be used once, online article, social media channels, presentation, website, newsletter, or blog. A non-commercial license can also be used in an Editorial sense. Non-commercial licenses cannot be used as an asset to gain profit. for Editorial, news in print or newsletter, you are limited to a circulation of 5,000.

Commercial License

Commercial or business use is the use of an image—for example, advertising, PR and merchandising—with the intention of generating profits. The set rate to purchase a Commercial license is £255.00 GBP. This license lets you use an asset in an unlimited sense, but the asset or assets licensed, are still available to everyone else, and property of the creator, Inclusive of full Exclusive rights, in other words the creator owns all copyright rights to the asset. Some scenario's of usage when purchasing this type of license.

You might want to purchase for the sole reason of advertising, to earn and gain a profit by using the asset, or assets. this might involve, social media and web advertising, printed advertising, you might be using the asset/assets to sell a product, clothing merchandise, mugs, the cover of a book, in respect of storytelling and prose, you might want to obtain a license for use in print and art decor, artwork, giclée fine art, and so on.
The bottom line is, this type of license lets you have commercial permission of an asset or assets purchased, but the asset/asset's are non exclusive. and available to everyone else through barefootmedia.

Exclusive License Rights
​
If exclusive rights are agreed when licensing the image, the licensee may use the photo to the exclusion of all other persons—including the author, the creator of the image/photograph/generation. In addition, the person with exclusive rights may sublicense the image. This type of license would be best suited, where they wanted an asset and had complete control of that asset. It could be an image used for publication, book publication for a writer, author and their advertising, the front cover of an artists album, cd, single, posters and advertising, social media and the world wide web, an image printed on merchandise, tee shirts and sweaters, mugs. It could be an asset used for sub-license, as stated above, it could be used for print, art decor, printable merch, as in portfolio's, postcards, product advertising. I'm sure you get the idea.

As with this type of license, where the asset is now the clients property, he or she now owns the rights of that product, they own copyright of ownership, and are free to do as they please to the asset that they have just purchased. the rates for each image purchased through an exclusive license is set to £1500.00 GBP, per image.

If you purchase an asset or assets with exclusive license control, the item/items will be removed from barefoot website, and barefoot's social media content, or anywhere where the asset has been used, this will involve, image editor's and post processing programs, generation and artificial intelligent applications, or any software applications that have been used to create that or those assets bought.
​​​The Right to Edit
​Legally, the right to edit describes whether and to what extent licensees may edit the images. This may include, for example, cropping, changing colours, or adding text or other elements. The contract may also stipulate that the licensee must obtain the Authors consent for any editing.
All licenses available through Barefootmedia are inclusive of the [RIGHT TO EDIT], this includes, Cropping, changing color, adding text and other elements that the customer might want to change. Saying that, you cannot edit an asset to the extent that the asset or asset's, become non-definable from the original source, in respect of attributed content from barefootmedia, this is not permitted for non-commercial and commercial licenses, but only allowed for an Exclusive rights license.

The Right to Sublicense
If you are purchasing an Exclusive license, you as the owner of that asset or asset's, and owner of copyright of that asset or asset's, now have complete ownership rights to sublicense and distribute. For non- commercial and commercial licenses, sublicense and distribution is not allowed or permitted. non-commercial and commercial assets are only available for licensing and distribution through barefootmedia.​​​
